研究方向:稀土永磁材料

 

      2012年本科毕业于西安交通大学,2017年在中国科学院大学获博士学位,现任中科院宁波材料技术与工程研究所高级工程师,硕士生导师。长期从事高性能钕铁硼永磁材料关键制备技术研究,重点开展无/低重稀土高矫顽力钕铁硼磁体及高丰度稀土永磁材料产业化技术研发工作。作为项目骨干参与国家重点研发计划、宁波市重大攻关项目、内蒙古科技重大专项等国家和地方重大科研项目,近年来主持宁波市“科技创新2025”重大专项、浙江省基础公益研究计划项目、宁波市自然科学基金及多项企业委托研发项目,相关技术成果在企业完成转移转化。在Acta. Mater.,Scripta Mater.,J. Alloys Compd.,Materials & Design等专业领域期刊上发表论文20余篇,申请国家发明专利12项,多次参与国际学术会议并做报告。获得浙江省科学技术进步奖三等奖、宁波市科技进步一等奖和稀土科学技术奖一等奖等多项奖励。
